After the brewed tea is poured out of the teapot, it is first poured into the fairness cup, and then from the fairness cup into each person’s teacup. The purpose of this is to ensure a consistent taste of tea for everyone, as the tea leaves continuously release tea liquor, and the concentration of the tea changes with the brewing time. By using a fairness cup, it ensures that everyone tastes the same tea liquor, allowing everyone to share the same tea experience.
